  1. I’m still having problems connecting the device to the PC via USB(in other words: it doesn’t work at all). Is anybody having the same issue?

  2. Any idea when there will be an update for the Orizon? I really don’t like that the new ereader is getting updates before the last one was updated to have all the ADVERTISED features. When I bought my Orizon I was lead to believe that it had blue tooth. Don’t get me Wrong I really like my Orizon. I just think think that if you are going to advertise a product as having blue tooth It should have it. Now I know that “We are doing our best to add this feature as quickly as possible and fulfill this expectation. We appreciate your patience and comprehension.” But releasing a new ereader and several updates for it does not sound like you are doing you best “to add this feature as quickly as possible”.

  3. Hi,
I have the Odyssey updated to this version of firmware (1485) and I can’t connect it to my computer (Windows 7), the device appears and dissappears every few seconds until windows says “Device not recognised” (error 43), from that moment on the device does not exist for Windows, although the Cybook is charging. I have sent two emails to Support but no answer yet. Hope there’s some solution.

    Thanks.

  4. Connection issue was solved. It was a DHCP problem. Now i can upgrade.

However no direct download link is present anywhere for the firmware.
